It has all screws is ready to plug install. Do not remove tags until you make sure everything is okay. Label: black Decker. Sensitive people might be able to smell this.

I'm sure its darkened with age probably. I ship items as clean possible but some darker fabrics like velvet will have a tiny bit of lint from all the furs woolens sell. Shipping costs money sadly many people will buy vintage items, wear them to a parties, events, etc, then try return. Works perfectly.
